Famous for their fall-off-the-bone ribs, garlic shrimp and delicious plate lunches is the Kau Kau Grill food truck. While all of those dishes are blog-worthy…today, we’re spotlighting their Krazy Rice. Different from the usual fried rice, this spicy BBQ concoction is unique and can be enjoyed by itself or as a substitute in your plate lunch. With pieces of BBQ meat and caramelized onions, it’s the perfect mix between fried rice & BBQ with a little kick!
