Any day is a good day for BACON, but this month in Hawaii one day in particular stood out from the rest. That day was Saturday March 8th when we packed up the food trucks and took a trip out to Mililani for a bacon themed food truck rally that you could really “pig” out on.
The weather wasn’t perfect, but as usual that didn’t stop lots of hungry food truck fans from getting their bacon fix at Eat The Street. People came from all around the island to join us in Mililani on a somewhat gloomy day to brighten their afternoons with lots and lots of BACON.
