SMPL: Bacon Wrapped Furikake Chicken

Today we check out Liquid Pleasure, the popular smoothie truck at Eat The Street. While they’re better known for their drinks, the food isn’t half bad either. In fact, something they sell just happens to be one of my favorites at the event; the Bacon Wrapped Furikake Chicken

Crispy chicken pieces perfectly juicy in the middle tossed in a tasty garlic teriyaki sauce, wrapped in bacon, skewered and sprinkled with furikake. So much flavor in one bite. This would probably be delicious even without being wrapped in bacon, but who would ever want to know?

Extra tip: If you find yourself at the Liquid Pleasure food truck for one of these delicious treats, do not leave without ordering a pog smoothie.
