Flying in to Maui early in the morning is usually met with an immediate trip to Krispy Kreme by the airport. However, this trip was a bit different.
About halfway from the airport to my hotel in Kihei, sits an interesting food truck. My Office.
Unlike most Food Trucks, My Office operates first thing in the morning. This bistro on wheels, opens up shop at 7:30 am with breakfast items galore.

First things first. ANY truck selling coffee, is ok with me, and i was particularly excited to have my morning cup here at the truck. Fresh brewed local coffee, piping hot to go with my breakfast, Perfect.

Looking them up online before i got there gave me a preview of the menu, and i knew for sure there were a few things i wanted to try. First and foremost, the Banana Mocha Smoothie. My Office uses fresh local ingredients, and almond milk to make their signature smoothies. The combination gives them a tasty and unique flavor.

Then of course, theres the food. While i was there, a few things stood out as the most popular items among regulars. So after a few others ahead of me ordered them, we had to try the Fried Rice and their Breakfast Burrito.

But it doesnt stop there. With a hoast of breakfast and lunch items, and daily specials, there is a little something no matter what you’re craving.
