Ramen Burger Comes To Eat The Street Hawaii –

You may have heard the news on twitter, and we are here to confirm. The Original Ramen Burger by Keizo Shimamoto will in fact be joining us at Eat The Street: Philippines on Friday, January 31st.

You may have tried the Ramen Burger from Momo Burger at Eat The Street, which was delicious. But this is the original creator of one of the biggest food trends of 2013.

We brought them down to join us at Taste Table for a one day popUP, and Kaka’ako exploded. The line stretched 3 blocks down to Ala Moana Blvd. With over 700 Ramen Burgers sold in just a few hours, it’s safe to say that people were excited about their arrival in the islands. So of course, we just had to have them back at Eat The Street Hawaii.

Ramen Burger will be back in Honolulu and is joining us at this months Eat The Street: Philippines.

Ramen Burger will have a tent at Eat The Street: Philippines (I don’t think they will be renting a food truck for the night).
As of right now, the plan is that they will be selling one item only; the Original Ramen Burger.
They will be limited to 2 per person so as many people can get them as possible.

Eat The Street #ProTips: People who weren’t there early waited for HOURS at Taste, so its possible that there will be a long line. Here are some tips.

Have Exact Change

The longer each transaction takes, the longer the line gets. Plan ahead and you can help minimize your time in line. They will be selling the original Ramen Burger for $10/ea limit 2 per person. So for the fastest possible transaction, have a 10 or 20 dollar bill on hand when you get to the front of the line.

Plan for the line

The people who were in line who looked happiest, were the ones holding umbrellas and wearing comfy shoes. If you plan ahead and bring an umbrella  or maybe a hat and some sunglasses, you will thank yourself.
